Savor Central WA is a  non-profit association dedicated to fostering a sustainable future for wineries and related local enterprises.  We  magnify and respect the connection between people, place and the wines offered here.   Count on us for the most comprehensive, up-to-date and accessible wine information and events, along with recommendations for dining, lodging and attractions.  

Exec. Director Rhona Baron

Rhona's a recognized non-profit and community leader, long based in Central WA.  She specializes in branding and communications, along with possessing an extensive background in visual/ performing arts and broadcast.  With a passion for uniting people, her  initiatives spark integrity  and collaboration.  Ask Rhona what she's making for dinner-- she loves preparing locally sourced food!  

Board President - Dave Judd

Dave is retired from a sales career in telecommunications and IT services on the West coast, with 24 years in Seattle.   A backpacker and hiker, Dave and his wife Robin moved to Leavenworth in 2010 and are enthusiastic fans of the mountain communities in Central WA.  Dave life's work is making and sharing music!  He's a guitarist, prolific song writer and loves jamming with friends.    

Board Treasurer - Vern Armstrong

Vern is one third owner of Hard Hat Winery in Poulsbo and Wenatchee.  Growing up a Kansas farm boy, Vern had a hankering for the sea.  After joining the Navy, he served as a diver, salvager and on submarines.  With his MBA and positive attitude, Vern keeps things ship- shape as Treasurer.  Leave him alone during crush, though.  He's harvesting the vineyards and personally stomping the grapes!  

Board At Large - Ron Cridlebaugh

Ron serves as the Economic Development Director for Douglas County at the Regional Port Authority.  A former Chamber Director for Ellensburg, WA, Ron loves the central part of the state, the local communities and the wines made here.  In his spare time Ron and his wife are enthusiastic fans of local wineries, having visited over 600, mostly in Washington State!  

Board At Large - Robin Judd

Robin's a multitalented woman with a can-do attitude.  She moved to Leavenworth in 2010 to enjoy her favorite color: green!  Robin spent her adult life in San Francisco and Seattle working in sales, customer support, telecommunications,  real estate and interior design.  Her lovely log cabin home rings with good cheer and the refrains of her husband Dave's guitar.

Board At Large - Kevin VanReenan

Kevin founded Pear UP Cider out of the centennial, family orchard kicking off the category of 100% pear cider in the U.S! With his MBA, he worked in Finance, Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness at Boeing for a decade before moving back to the Wenatchee Valley.  Kevin has broad experience in the craft beverage industry and enjoys working with smaller producers to expand variety in the market.

Board At Large - Coco Hopkins

CoCo Hopkins, born and bred in the UK,  has lived in 8 different cities in the US, ending up in the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth.  She brings diverse talents ranging from work in airlines, advertising and marketing to the board.  Currently, Coco is Maitre'd at Visconits Restaurant, which is known for its award winning wines.  With her passion for the outdoors, Coco also owns an electric bike tour company.  

Board Secretary Lindsey Reynolds

Lindsey's worked with wines for just under a decade, including as Wine Club Manager at Cave B Estate.  Based in Central WA, she's now the Tasting Room and Customer Service Manager at Milbrandt Vineyards and Ryan Patrick Wines, spanning  tasting  locations in Prosser, Woodinville and Leavenworth.
